Payment Options
After booking your lesson or purchasing a package, please proceed with the payment using one of the following methods:

Zelle:
Send your payment to 678-478-6070. Please include your name and the lesson/package you are paying for in the payment notes.

Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. This can be done via email at bluebearchess@gmail.com or by text at 678-478-6070.
If you cancel or request to reschedule less than 24 hours before your lesson, you will be charged the full lesson fee.
No-Shows
If you do not show up for your scheduled lesson and have not notified me in advance, the full lesson fee will be charged.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your lesson, the lesson will still end at the scheduled time. Full payment is required for the scheduled duration.
Emergency Cancellations
I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel within the 24-hour window due to an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss possible accommodations.
Rescheduling Missed Lessons
If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time, subject to availability.
Repeated Cancellations
If there are repeated cancellations (more than three within a six-month period), we may need to discuss your commitment to the lessons and consider alternative arrangements.
By adhering to this policy, we can ensure that all students have access to available lesson times and that our time is used efficiently.


Refund Policy
To maintain consistency and manage scheduling effectively, I have implemented the following refund policy for pre-paid lessons and packages:
No Refunds
All payments for single lessons and lesson packages are non-refundable. Once payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances
In the case of exceptional circumstances (such as a serious illness or other emergencies), please contact me directly to discuss potential options. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis, and reasonable accommodations may be considered.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Lessons that are canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and cannot be rescheduled. For lesson packages, rescheduling must adhere to the same 24-hour notice requirement.
Expiration
Lessons purchased in a package must be used within the specified time frame from the date of purchase. Unused lessons will expire after this period and will not be refunded.
Errors in Booking
If there is an error in booking or payment, please contact me immediately. I will work to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
